In general, we recommend the following case size according to the wrist size:

Small Wrist (6 inch) - 40mm or below

Medium Wrist (7 - 7.5 inch) - 40 - 42mm

Large Wrist (8 inch+) - 44mm or above

For shipments to the US, any order below the value of US$800 is not taxed. Orders valued higher than this will be taxed by the customs of the US and are not covered by our free shipping services.

For all other countries not mentioned above, be advised that the prices on our website are non-inclusive of local tax, VAT, import fees or other shipment clearance costs which may apply depending on where you are. Any charges applied upon import are the customer's responsibility and must be paid by the customer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you of the amount of these charges in advance and advise you to contact the duty services in your country to obtain an estimated duty amount and the base rate of VAT. Prevent exposing your watch to shock or impact. Although all of our watches are tested for impact resistance, you should still avoid violent shocks to your watch. Apart from damaging its appearance, this can cause premature wear in materials and components, which may affect the performance of the watch.

You should also prevent exposing your watch to magnetic fields. Avoid leaving your watch close to equipment that can produce strong magnetic fields such as speakers, refrigerators, mobile phones, or magnets as these may affect the performance of your watch. A magnetized movement will cause your watch to run erratically fast or slow.

Maintaining your automatic watch ensures its longevity and precision. Regular winding is essential, even if you wear it daily, to keep the movement lubricated and functioning correctly. If you don't wear the watch for a few days, use a watch winder to keep the mechanism running smoothly.

Keep your watch clean by wiping it with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dust and moisture. For the case and bracelet, use a slightly damp cloth and mild soap to clean, but avoid immersing the watch in water unless it’s specifically designed to be waterproof.

Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures and strong magnetic fields, which can affect accuracy and cause wear to the movement. Ensure the crown is always screwed down (if applicable) to maintain water resistance and prevent dust or moisture from entering the case.

Service your watch regularly as per the manufacturer’s recommendations, typically every 3 to 5 years. This includes checking the movement, cleaning, and replacing worn parts to keep it in top condition.

When not in use, store your watch in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight, which can fade the dial and degrade the materials over time. By following these care guidelines, you can ensure your automatic watch remains reliable and retains its elegance for years.
