Any Aquatico watch purchased from Aquatico may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price. This ONLY applies to watches that have not been used, worn, or strapped on. If the watch has been worn, it can still be returned within 30 days but this will incur a restocking fee of $40. Warranty:
All Aquatico watches come with a 24-month warranty on the internal movements of the watch, which excludes any part subjected to external wear & tear. External wear & tear comprises (but is not limited to) scratches on the case, lugs, or crystal, and/or water damage due to negligence. The warranty does not cover straps nor any watch that is not purchased via our website or authorized stockists.

Shock
If it is not suitable, please place it properly to avoid collision and scratch
Temperature
Avoid exposure below zero degrees Celsius, over 60 degrees Celsius, and avoid
temperature differences due to gravity.
Waterproof
The waterproof performance will be affected by the aging of the sealing ring or
accidental impact.
It is recommended to go to the official service site for waterproof testing every two
years.
Clean
It can be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth or soft-bristled brush moistened with
warm soapy water. Make sure that the crown is tightened before cleaning, and
ventilate to dry after cleaning. Do not clean the leather strap with water.
Maintenance period
It is recommended to go to the official service site for oil washing and maintenance
every 4-5 years to ensure that it is in good condition and prolonged.
